| Today we have the Devil.
The devil in this deck is the taker and keeper of lost souls. he is a reminder that we should continue to work towards enlightenment and ignore his promises, and then good can come from bad.
Everything we do is about being balanced. We must learn that with the good comes the bad, with the light comes the dark. We have to acknowledge both, in order to deal with things.
It is easy to allow ourselves to be drawn with the promises of the darkness, what it can bring to us, but we have to remain strong in our faith that we can overcome the fears that hold us back.
We always fear the unknown, fear the failure or the death of loved ones, there is also the fear of commitment. Let the light you see in another be your guiding light, and let your inner light out as well. Together you can do anything you put your mind to, and banish the fears which bind your sight.
