Our knight on his grey horse isn't rescuing the damsel in distress, he is instead driving the enemies back. The enemy in this instance is our fear, we have to learn to drive away our fears and find the strength from within. We can do anything we want to when we put our minds to it.
Now, it is also time to communicate what is we need and also what we would like.
