Ok, so my darling daughter is now going to be picking the weekly cards....so wwe'll be having Unicorn Cards Any the card for this week is "Talk about your feelings". Tell a friend how you feel. Never bottle up what you are feeling,as when you do, things get worse, the anger, mistrust and upset all comes to the surface like a bottle of pop that has just been dropped. It's just waiting to explode. If you talk about your feelings as and when things happen, it gets easier to talk about and there's no sudden explosions.
